Pharmacy Weight Loss York is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic based in York, UK. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide online consultations and, where clinically appropriate, prescriptions for weight management medicines.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our clinical criteria or who provides false or misleading information. Providing inaccurate medical information may put your health at risk and may constitute fraud.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our GPhC-registered pharmacist or prescribing clinician. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are valid for use only through Pharmacy Weight Loss York unless otherwise stated. We do not issue paper prescriptions for weight loss medicines routinely. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances before each order.
It is your responsibility to use prescribed medicines in accordance with the instructions provided and to attend any follow-up consultations requested by our clinical team.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor.
You will only be charged once your order has been submitted. If your consultation is declined for clinical reasons, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. We use tracked delivery services. You will receive a dispatch notification by email or SMS.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by you, or events outside our control. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us promptly and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at our registered contact email.
Once a prescription has been issued and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for safety and regulatory reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds for declined consultations will be processed within 5–10 working days.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
